North Central Plaza - Avondale AZ

We were more than pleased when a long-time client asked us to help an acquaintance with his first foray into the retail real estate investment market.  This 12-tenant strip center in an under-served area of a Phoenix suburb provided a mix of long-term tenants, newer leases with remaining term, and upside from bringing several rents up to market rate on expiring leases and Fair Market Rent options.
