The sale of Fig Garden New Town included 36,500 Sq. Ft. of in-line shops and pad space, plus a buildable area for an additional 10,000 Sq. Ft. and Jiffy Lube pad (ground leased to JLI, but not yet built).  The center is anchored by a new OSH (not a part of this sale).
