We originally sold this Single-Tenant, Net Leased Chipotle in Monroe, OH (suburb of Cincinnati and home to Cincinnati Outlet Mall with an entrance opposite this site) in 2012.  We re-sold it for that client again in 2016 for a substantial profit after Chipotle renewed their lease early with a 20-year firm term.
