Bank of America Branches - East Bay

An institutional investment firm divesting its Bank of America holdings asked for our assistance in selling these two East Bay sites through an auction process after limited market exposure to establish an approximate value.  Both buildings have potential for significant added value through lease-up of vacant space not occupied by the Bank of America branches.
