This offering was of an in-line shops portion within a shopping center anchored by a high-volume Mi Pueblo Foods.  It was fully leased to a mix of corporate stores and national branded franchisees.  This center is just off HWY 4, and has a bus transfer stop for the new Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station opened in 2015.
